How it works

• Tier 1 (questions 1–5): enumeration probes — single, dual-color deletion panels (del(5q), del(7q), del(20q), del(13q14), del(17p)), and tri-color panels like the CLL ATM/TP53/CEP12 set and the MDS EGR1/D7S486/CEP8 set.
• Tier 2 (6–15): break-apart, dual-fusion, and single-fusion probes mixed in.
• Tier 3 (16+): hard atypical patterns — amplifications, cryptics, complex tri-color combos.
